Republic of Srpska SEPCA Presidency 2023 – Meeting with the SEPCA Regional Coordinator

On January 12, 2023, the Police Director of the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Interior, Mr. Siniša Kostrešević had a productive meeting in Banja Luka with the SEPCA Regional Coordinator, Ms. Elena Gherta from the Criminal Intelligence Service of Austria (BK) and the SEPCA Team from the Republic of Srpska, Mr. Aleksandar Stjepanović, SEPCA National Coordinator and Mr. Goran Lolić, SEPCA Communication Liaison Officer.

The main goal of the meeting was planning the activities during the Republic of Srpska SEPCA Presidency 2023 which will be supported by BK through the Internal Security Fund – Police.

The BK is SEPCA’s strategic partner that contributes to enhance SEPCA’s capacities in fighting crime and to secure the region through its expertise and financial support.

Therefore, together with BK, it will be organized 2 General Assemblies of SEPCA and other activities that have the aim to enhance the SEPCA capabilities in fight against cybercrime, gender equality and network capacity building.

In the next period the Police Director, Mr. Kostrešević will have meetings with other SEPCA partners in order to agree on joint activities in 2023.
